Declaration blue
expands its fragrance collection Declaration with a new aromatic-spicy version suitable for the warmer part of the year. The new fragrance, Cartier Declaration L'Eau, succeeds the original Declaration from 1998, maintaining a similar concept built around a blend of juicy citruses, aromatic herbs, tart spices, and creamy woody notes while presenting a somewhat different, sassier face this time.
